Accept Terms

By using the 2mb platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the platform.

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between 2mb and its users. 2mb reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, with changes taking effect upon publication. Users are advised to review the Terms periodically.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform.
• Users must have full legal capacity under Bangladeshi law.
• Each person is allowed only one account.

Account Creation & Security

Accurate and complete information is required to open an account on 2mb. Creating an account with false, incomplete, or someone else's information is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

Keep your account password and login credentials strictly confidential. Do not share this information with anyone. You are personally responsible for all activity carried out through your account.

• A national ID or valid documentation may be required for account verification (KYC).
• If you forget your password, use the designated account recovery process.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify us immediately at [email protected].

User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules

2mb users must use the platform for lawful purposes only. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Operating or placing bets through fraudulent means.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or programs to interact with the platform.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Sharing spam, misleading, or harmful content.

In the event of a rule violation, 2mb reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account and, where necessary, notify the relevant authorities.

Payments & Transactions

All transactions on 2mb are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and approved bank channels.

• Minimum deposit amounts are set per payment method and are subject to change.
• Account verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• If fraudulent activity is detected, deposited funds may be frozen or forfeited.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
• Your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges.

2mb processes transactions through third-party payment gateways, and the terms and conditions of those gateways also apply.

Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property

The 2mb platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. 2mb is not directly liable for any service disruptions caused by technical issues, network outages, or any other reason.

• The website, logo, content, software, and design of 2mb are fully protected by intellectual property rights.
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially using any content without permission is prohibited.
• 2mb is not liable for any betting losses; all bets are placed entirely at the user's own discretion.
• 2mb is not responsible for any damages arising from third-party links or services.

Account Policy & Applicable Law

2mb reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice, particularly in cases of rule violations. Users may also request account closure at any time by contacting the support team.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Bangladeshi courts.
